Aadhar / Voter ID / Driving licence / PAN the applicant and Document in relation to the proof of identity.

The Address proof of the applicant , Proof of the registered place of industry (Ownership documents/ rent or lease agreement), any bill in relation to electricity /landlord bill / bank statement, incorporation certificate and Document in relation to proof of address.

The No objection certificate has to be obtained from the landlord if it was rental.

Memorandum of association of the industry along with the list of directors has to be enclosed.

The No objection certificate of fire has to be attached for the safety measures of the employees working in the industry.
